This new Community Mental Health Workshop is based on the lived experience of Alison Bryson. The Crisis to Recovery Workshop is designed to help support people through a mental health crisis. From this workshop you will leave with an understanding of the journey an individual takes from those initial indicators of mental ill-health through to suicidality and recovery to a place of hope, contentment and wellbeing with a future focus.
