This qualification provides a pathway to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops. In addition, learners undertake the RSA and RCG alongside other key subjects including prepare and serve espresso coffee and safe food handling practices. Students are required to complete mandatory work placement of 36 shifts in an approved hospitality venue where they can put their new skills and knowledge into practice.

Training Duration: One practical assessment day. Online theory must be completed prior to the date of practical assessment.
Note: Students must have the physical capacity to engage in practical tasks, including 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor.
