so Christmas time is drawing near.

And if you find yourself in the Hunter,

There is no better place to be

than gathered 'round the Christmas tree

with your friends and family all together

in the beautiful Hunter, with hot summer weather.

You'll crunch and munch

on a tasty Christmas lunch.

With our fields so lush and meat so great,

you'll be licking your fingers and then your plate.

Pair the meal

with the world's best wine

from the Hunter's vineyards,

with grapes so fine.

And as for presents,

if this year you've been nice,

I'm sure Santa's elves

won't think twice

to load you up with all sorts of gifts;

his elves are so busy

they're working double shifts!

But, if you've been naughty,

don't feel bad.

The Hunter has done a deal

to make you less sad.

If you've been naughty on the whole,

Santa will bring you some of the Hunter's finest coal!

There's no better place to be

and no need to take a tally.

That's why we really love

the Hunter Valley,

and that's why I say you're a lucky punter
