Take the first step towards your exciting new career! Join us for practical training and work experience at our Transgrid depot in Wagga and Yass. Our skilled trainers and technicians will guide you through a substation tour, power station tour, hand skills and wiring training, and much more.

The 5 week program starting on the 3rd of March 2025 will consist of a combination of classroom learning, online self-paced at home learning and in-field work experience. This is your chance to step outside of your comfort zone and learn something new.

At the program's conclusion, Apprenticeship roles in both Transmission Lines and Substation Electricians Trades will be available for a select number of dedicated individuals.
