Singleton Local, Tara is one of the toughest people you’ll ever meet. She’s already fought and beaten breast cancer once but sadly, it’s come back. This time it’s spread to her brain, bones, and lymph nodes. She’s had two brain surgeries already, with radiation and chemo still ahead. Doctors have told her it’s not curable but she’s a fighter. She’s ready to take this head-on and give it everything she’s got.

Right now, Tara can’t work or drive. Her family is doing it tough, relying on just one income to cover rent, bills, food, and all the basics. It’s more than any family should have to carry on their own.

This is where community matters. Hunter people always back each other in, and I know together we can ease some of the financial burden on Tara and her family.

Every bit of support big or small will help them keep a roof over their heads and food on the table while Tara focuses on the fight of her life.
